Ruth Ingman is an Employment Law Consultant with 18 years legal experience.
She spent 5 years as a practising barrister and 5 years as an employed consultant specialising in employment law, before establishing her own business at the beginning of 2002.
She has a Masters degree in Law and Employment Relations and is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce.
Ruth provides a bespoke service for her clients, whether drafting or auditing existing contracts of employment and staff handbooks, or advising on individual HR issues. She undertakes case preparation and advocacy at Employment Tribunal and is committed to providing a friendly, professional and practical service to her clients. She has worked with a wide range of clients from sole traders to blue chip companies in all major industry sectors.
For a fee of £50 per contract Ruth will assess whether or not the document meets the minimum legal requirements to comply with existing employment legislation. She can also undertake a full audit of your existing contracts of employment, policies and procedures and prepare a report in plain English detailing areas of risk and recommendations for a fixed fee based on your number of employees.
