About ISA Registration
These pages were designed to give you an overview of what ISA registration is about.
However, on 15th June 2010 the Government announced that the launch of ISA registration planned for 26th July 2010 was being put on hold pending a review of the scheme.
Then in February 2011 the ISA Registration Scheme was scrapped and new legislation was drafted in the Protection of Freedoms Bill, which is due to complete its passage through Parliament in mid 2013. Until the new legislation becomes law, the current CRB checking scheme will continue.
