Guidance for Requesting Organisations
This section is intended to assist organisations who are new to Disclosures and wish to incorporate them in their HR processes.
The overseas section deals with Disclosure applicants who are going overseas, live overseas or are coming from overseas to work in the UK. This is is always a more complex process as documentation still needs to be checked and it is not reasonable to ask applicants to send key documents like passports out of the country they are in.
DDC will always discuss the overseas process with clients to see how best to get the documents checked.
