Obtaining Basic Disclosures

These are only available from Disclosure Scotland, who can issue them for roles in England and Wales as well.

Applications for Basic Disclosures DO NOT need to be counter-signed by a Registered Body so the applicant should apply directly to Disclosure Scotland on 0870 609 6006 for an application form.
