You need a Basic Disclosure which is issued by Disclosure Scotland (only) for the whole of the UK, without the need for a Registered Body (like DDC) to countersign the application.

Where you are being asked to obtain a Basic Disclosure by an employer, they can register as a client with us if they wish and we can obtain the Disclosure for you and notify them of any content (once you have confirms it correctly relates to you).
