BT Network outage affecting some services

We are currently experiencing network connectivity issues, due to the nationwide BT outage. Our servers are still online, and we can receive phone calls. However, our office email is offline, and our agents are unable to access our administrative systems.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and hope to see BT resolve the issue soon. We do have backup office internet connections, but they are also offline. We will keep this page and our Twitter account updated, so you can keep track of this issue.
