Christmas opening times at DDC for 2024

The team at DDC wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
The DDC customer service team will be operational between Christmas and New Year with the office opening on reduced hours. The office will be closing early on Tuesday 24th December with opening times as follows:
DBS opening times: The DBS Contact Centre will operate under reduced hours over the Christmas and New Year period. More information can be found in the DBS news article here.
Royal Mail: Royal Mail has informed us that they expect a seasonal increase in the volume of packages being sent, which could lead to delays with our Document Checking Serivce.
Festive activities: Every December the team carry out a number of Christmas activities to help raise money for our chosen charity LOROS. Instead of Christmas cards, the company and staff members choose to donate to the equivalent value of what they would normally spend on Christmas cards. As with all staff fundraising activity, the business will double any sums raised by the team.
We’re embracing the festive season with a ‘Christmas Outfit Day’ and Secret Santa. This year, we’re also joining the fun with a Christmas ‘fuddle’. Keep up to date with some of the team’s efforts on our social media pages:
