Christmas Opening Times for 2016 at DDC

The staff and management of DDC would like to wish you all a
Happy New Year
The DDC offices will be closed from midday on Friday 23rd December 2016 and will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January 2017.
We will collect mail from the Local Delivery Office intermittently over this period so that it is stored within our offices. However, application packs will not be processed and ID documents not returned until we re-open. Completed online applications will be submitted over this period, subject to the Disclosure and Barring Service closing times. We will monitor emails over this period and respond to anything labelled urgent in the subject line.
Royal Mail have also informed us that they expect a seasonal increase in the volume of packages being sent, which could lead to delays with the service. For more options on upgrading the postal return of ID documents please see our DDC postage page.
This year we will not be sending Christmas Cards but will be donating money to our chosen charity LOROS. The team will also be having a ‘Christmas Jumper’ Day on the 22nd December with all proceeds adding to this donation.
