UPDATE – Customer Service Support Unavailable – 24/06/2022

UPDATE 24/06/2022 16:30 – We are still in the process of rectifying the customer service availability issues. Phone calls will not get through to the team, or connect to the voicemail system during this time. Unfortunately contact via email is also unavailable. We are working to rectify the issues over the weekend.

UPDATE 24/06/2022 09:30 – We are still having intermittent issues with the phone systems, and are restarting these in a controlled manner, to locate the issue. Phone calls will not get through to the team, or connect to the voicemail system during this time. Contact is still available via email and we are working hard to clear the back log as quickly as possible.

UPDATE 23/06/2022 17:05 – The technical issue outlined below has now been resolved and DDC’s customer service support team are now contactable via phone and email during normal office hours. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

UPDATE 23/06/2022 13:05 – The issue has been identified and an engineer is currently on site to fix the fault.

It is likely that there will be a backlog of emails when systems are back up and running. We are assigning additional team members to respond to emails to return to our internal response rates.

We are currently experiencing technical issues resulting in DDC’s customer support being unavailable via phone and email. This is currently preventing any responses being sent by the business. Please note all web portal services are running as normal.

We are investigating this to see what the issue may be, and hope to have everything working normally as soon as possible.
