DDC’s Festive Charity Fundraising

During the festive period, the team carry out a number of Christmas activities to help raise money for our chosen charity LOROS. Staff participate in ‘Christmas Jumper Day’ and instead of Christmas cards, the company and staff members choose to donate the equivalent value of what they would normally spend on Christmas cards with all donations going to LOROS.
DDC Charity Bake Off
The infamous ‘DDC Charity Bake Off’ is also in full swing with the fourth and final round of baking taking place this week. The winner from each week will then be baking their ‘Christmas Showpiece’ for the ultimate finale. This is a fantastic event that brings the team together and is particularly enjoyed by DDC directors as they get to eat home baked goodies each week, whilst raising money for LOROS.
Christmas Tree Festival
We have also taken part in the St Mary’s Church, Knighton, Christmas Tree Festival which raises money for Headway Leicester and the church community garden project.
