Submitting applicants
Once the contract is in place we can accept applicant details by fax, e-mail, telephone or through the "New Applicant" facility in the Client Area of www.ddc.uk.net
We only need the name, home or contact address, telephone number (mobile preferred) plus any variable data such as :-
- level of Disclosure required
- whether the role is paid or voluntary
- whether an ISAAF check is also required
- job title
- description of role (if this is not apparent from the job title)
Where all or any of these are standard for all or most applicants we can set defaults on our system so only variations from the norm need be identified.
Applicant details can be accepted from any Requester nominated by the client, or from the applicant themselves if they are paying for the check. The only proviso is that the person requesting the check is authorised to do so and authorised to incur the cost.
Where there are multiple applicant details being submitted we are happy to accept spreadsheets or scanned images of hardcopy lists.
The New Applicant facility in the Client Area allows requesters to submit applicant details directly into our database and these will be seen in the tracking system immediately they are submitted.
