Christmas opening times at DDC for 2023

The DDC customer service team will be operational between Christmas and New Year with the office opening on reduced hours. The office will be closing early on Friday 22nd December 2023 with opening times as follows:

DBS opening times:

Royal Mail
Royal Mail has informed us that they expect a seasonal increase in the volume of packages being sent, which could lead to delays with this service. For more options on upgrading the postal return of ID documents please see our DDC postage page.
Festive activities
Every December the team carry out a number of Christmas activities to help raise money for our chosen charity LOROS. Instead of Christmas cards, the company and staff members choose to donate to the equivalent value of what they would normally spend on Christmas cards. Staff participate in a 4-week DDC Bake-Off with all donations going to LOROS. As with all staff fundraising activity, the business will double any sums raised by the team.
