We take quality seriously at DDC. Some of our quality assurance practices are described below.

ISO 9001 is a quality management system that emphasises customer service and continuous improvement. We have formalised our quality management practices and are actively measuring our performance. Additionally, any of the few problems that occur with our systems are dealt with in a swift and effective manner that solves the root cause. For our clients, this means that we have reaffirmed our commitment to high quality service and that we are constantly looking for new ways to improve our service.
